Terms of use
Last updated: 30 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the website at devdatasphere.digital and engagements with DevData Sphere (“we”, “us”).
Acceptance
By accessing this site or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit requests for work.
Services described
Pages describing audits, workshops, mapping, and cohort reviews are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and timeline. Pricing on the site is guidance, not an offer to contract at a fixed price without scoping.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and our templates remain our property. Deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement are licensed to that client for internal business use unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without permission.
Client materials
You retain rights to data and documents you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. You confirm you have authority to share the analytics access and business information involved.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting work.
Disclaimer
Analytics findings depend on the quality and completeness of available event data. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue lifts. The site is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, our aggregate liability arising from website use or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction in Gyeonggi-do shall hear disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements follow the agreement signed for that work.
