Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, optional engagement interest and application focus).
- Technical data from essential site operation (such as server logs) and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated visit information.
- During engagements: business contact details and application analytics you grant us access to, processed under the engagement agreement.
Purposes and legal bases
We process contact form data to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). Engagement data is processed to perform the contract. Cookie preferences are stored to honour your choice. Where Korean or other applicable law requires consent for optional analytics cookies, we rely on that consent.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement working files follow the retention schedule in the project agreement, typically up to three years after closure unless you request earlier deletion of copies we control. Cookie consent choices remain in localStorage until you clear them.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use processors for email or hosting who are bound to protect data. We disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
If processors or collaborators outside Korea receive data, we apply appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections consistent with applicable Korean requirements and, where relevant, other regional transfer rules.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law and other applicable frameworks, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent by clearing storage and revisiting the banner or adjusting browser settings. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are directed to business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
