How engagements run
A clear sequence from first scope call to the findings briefing—so product, engineering, and operations know what happens each week.
The working rhythm
Whether you book the flagship Customer Behavior Audit or a shorter workshop, the shape stays familiar: agree the question, secure access, analyse, then brief. No hosted platform to adopt afterward.
- Scope call We confirm the application, the journeys or cohorts in play, and what a useful answer would look like for your stakeholders.
- Access and materials You provide read access to exports or warehouse extracts, a short list of critical flows, and a product owner who can explain intent.
- Analysis window We reconstruct paths, compare cohorts, or facilitate taxonomy sessions according to the engagement you booked. Gaps in tracking are listed early, not hidden.
- Findings briefing A live walkthrough plus a written pack with prioritised actions your team can take without us remaining on retainer.
- Optional follow-up One clarifying call is included on most projects. Extended implementation support is scoped separately if you need it.
What we need from you
Sequence-level behavioral data beats dashboard screenshots. A named decision-maker beats a large silent mailing list. Release dates and support themes help interpret spikes. If those pieces are missing, we can still start—but the brief will mark provisional findings until instrumentation improves.
Where this fits
Engagements suit teams preparing a redesign, cleaning tracking before a major release, or explaining a retention dip after a promotion. They are a poor fit if you want continuous dashboard hosting or a software seat plan; we do not sell those.
